Again for me the quality of the EPL is in question here, these are the top 2 teams, but neither look top, world class quality. Utd scored 2 lovely breaks but still for me not that impressive at all, and City are looking more and more like a collection of talent rather than a team every time I see them. The yo-yoing of possession back and forth, both side trying to force the play needlessly is really poor.

One of these 2 will win the league of course, by virtue of the individual quality they have got, not because they have pooled that quality to create a great team.

If one of City, United or Chelsea formed a team greater than the sum of their parts, and learned how to defend properly the title would be safe by March.

Not sure we'll have any teams in the last 8 of the CL this season. Money helps in winning titles but it seems it's pretty much all you need now. Forget about having to build a team or coherent squad.

I don't see what Balotelli did that was so bad, he didn't play well but I guess its just another stick for people to beat him with.

Game on.

What an effort from RVP and a great double save from De Gea.

Good game this.

Justice, you have to say. Should've been 3-0 if the linesman had got it right and City would never have come back from that.
