Chelsea haven't looked good though so if Blackburn can keep fighting, they can get back into it.

The Citeh score is a frustration, I'm hating them more and more with each passing fixture.

How are they playing...the longer this last, the less they'll be confident

Even with the goal, it's not the smooth, attractive passing we saw at the beginning of the season. They have had all the football, they've pushed forward quickly, positionally everyone is doing what they should be, but the final ball has been well below par (with Drogba's cross about the only exception) and very poor work - technically and work-wise - from the attackers.

You could also toss in words like 'nervous' and 'disjointed', I suppose, but perhaps a little harsh given how they've looked like the only team who could win this.

Man CIty and Chelsea both winning, Arsenal will probably beat West Ham too....makes our game tomorrow a huge one. Lose and it will be back to back defeats and we will have lost significant ground on the chasing pack.

So nearly two as Terry's header flashes wide. Came from another corner kick.

If only Blackburn had a manager renowned for his side's excellence in dead ball situations...oh, right, yeah.

Chelsea piling men forward but need a better focus point. Sturridge should be on already.

Thanks Bill...
Hope Backburn gets back into it. A draw will be good for us!

Well, you have to wonder whether the king is dead.

Drogba, clean through and missed. Robbo made a good save but it was mainly a Drogba miss.... although they won't care as Anelka makes it 2-0 from the corner.

It was the sort of chance Drogba would have buried 10 times out of 10 in previous years. Amazing that the spotlight has been more on Torres' form than Drog's.

One observation: Looks like we have five games and five home wins so far. Given the Hammers play Arsenal at Upton Park and our game tomorrow, let's hope that continues. :)

If West Ham can get something from Le Arse, then that is something at least, but it is a bit of a shitty afternoon really.

If we can beat United tomorrow, it will be top 5 separated by 6 points, but we'll have a game in hand.
