I was trying to explain the reasoning, but my point remains that actually he did not have a clear goal-scoring opportunity and so I'd argue that it should have been a yellow. I think our players were not happy with the officials and with good reason.

I think it was a yellow not a red. he's not gone in like a defender as keepers tend to go in more with their whole body as a save rather than diving in. yes he shouldnt have been there but there was enough cover to warrant a yellow and freekick as it wasnt dangerous.

that aside, the ref was poor and inconsistent... or are we just not Europe match savvy enough to play the Euro game?

Care to spill the beans about Florence and Zebedee?
I will not be passing that kind of info on in a public domain such as this.

Back to the football, I just wanted to comment on that frame of Lloris coming out and the tackle, it would seem that the player wasn't even looking at Lloris and nor was his foot/studs showing as such. It still proves how naive so many of our players are when it comes to Europe, when will we learn to 'play the game' ....

On the bright side, it's less than 3 weeks to wait until HITMAN 2 comes out.

I'm never going to shut up until you all convert and give up on Assassin's Creed.

thick as shit Lloris costing us again. such a disappointing CL campaign so far
People do realize no one actually scored off the Lloris error right... You can call that a mistake but he didn't cost us the game any more so than anyone else in the end.

Not getting the message or not responding they were originally?

This all boils down to freshening the team up so that players are kept on their toes and don't get sick of the same voice. Levy has a lot to answer for.

Most of what we're seeing comes back to the negligence over the summer. Lack of freshness, urgency, players too comfortable in their positions.

Lloris can fuck back to France - sorry for my words. But i'm so fuck*** tired of his shit everytime. He cost us a goal in almost every big match. I don't care that he can shot-stop, any keeper can do that. When you're captain you need to be able to be trustworthy, that's Lloris obviously not. We need a better keeper next season!

I feel your pain. However censoring ING in the word ****ING has give me a giggle!

Hmmmm yeah and no, these were unforced errors that lead to both goals ... Being comfortable due to lack of transfer activity doesn't go hand in hand with mental fortitude ... That's down to the individual players - two of which are our more senior and probably better players.

Excuse me but did we not go down to ten men because of his 'error' ??....that may have been a turning point don't you think ?
