As expected, 10 points down to 2.....!

Must win on Monday night, Yes pool have opened it up, but they need 1 win for top 4 from their last 2 games due to their GD over Chelsea, they will get top 4.

We could get third but the way our form is its going to be tight.

Absolute must win Monday night, as lose that - I think we will implode and finish 5th

Genuine question

If we win on Monday night will you come on here and apologise for all the defeatist drivel you spout or will you just start banging on about West Brom and their cl winning form ?

I wouldn't be so sure, pool will more than likely get to the CL final, but can't take it easy at Roma. Their form after CL games I beleive has been poor, the chavs could easily beat them. Then they'll have a massive dilemma, they'll want their best team available for the final but can't take the Brighton game for granted. If they lose to the chavs I could see them drop points to Brighton and finish 5th

Monday night will show us all we need. Nothing less than 3 points against Watford will do.
With Liverpool drawing today we ‘should’ be finishing 3rd.
The players have to treat these last 4 games like cup finals. They have to be 100% on it. After the disappointment of last Saturday those players owe us.
To finish 3rd above Liverpool, Chelsea and Arsenal this season will be a massive achievement. COYS

I’m not certain but I think the CL final is a full 2 Weeks after the season end, no need for them to rest players against Brighton.

Liverpool are 99% top 4, we just have to win as many as we can and we’ll join them, hopefully even finishing 3rd

As long as they don’t treat them like semi finals we should be ok ;):D.

Without Salah they are a different team. On paper they should beat Brighton without him, but against either Madrid or Munich I don't see them winning. It's a massive call to play their best players in the final game of the season and risk injury because outside of their regular front 3 they have nothing.

A win on Monday is absolutely pivotal: any other result is unforgivable. They better go at it like rabid dogs...if they dish up a limp and lacklustre performance, I think I’ll combust.

Imo Chelsea will beat Liverpool. Liverpool squad is thread bare they literally can’t rotate. They have 3 decent forwards and 3 fit midfielders. The Roma game will be hugely draining win or lose. Chelsea have a free week to prepare are on a roll. Can’t see anything other than a Chelsea win. The game in hand is Huddersfield (h) which they will win so it will go to last game with Liverpool needing a win against a very organised Brighton to be sure. Hopefully we will have secured 3rd and can just watch on and laugh.

The result on Monday will set the tone. If we don't win we will blow top 4.

I’m not sure about that but if we win it will calm everyone down, which is what we fans need.

After watching the Poch, Perez, Kane and Eriksen bottle video it looks like the club are relaxed, which can only be a good thing.

The thing is when we need to win and the pressure is on, we flop. Watford won't be very easy.

Think we need to throw caution to the wind.
Play Alderweireld to stop us leaking stupid goals.
Strongest attacking line up possible - if Kane isn't fit fucking drop him. I care more about as many points out of 12 than I do his quest for golden boot.
We did perfectly well with Son up front with 3 supporting him from Dele, Eriksen, Lamella and Moura. Pick the fittest players Poch.
If any of the 4 remaining teams park the bus, i think we need to get Llorente on and we need to pump balls into the box.
Getting a bit sick of us passing and passing and creating the square route of fuck all, we need to mix things up and give teams something new to think about.

All sensible suggestions that I'm sure Mauricio will take on board.

Thing to also consider is that West Brom away is not the automatic 3 points that it's looked to be for the most of the season too, unfortunately.
