Well arent you a ray of sunshine :cautious:
Well the facts is the facts, and for all those who said I and many others who were concerned 3 matches ago, that we were panicked and delusional. Are YOU worried now?
Anyone could see we were not playing well and Chelski were! We have blown a 10 or even 13 point lead to know 2! With still 4 games left.
Watford is now a must win game. I am pretty sure Chelski will get at the very least nine points. And could well beat Liverpool at home giving them 12points!
Are current record does not look good for us getting us the 9 or 10 points required!

Shaky maths fella. We need 8 points max, probably 7. And losing one and drawing one is hardly blowing anything.
Saying that feeling nervous about the run in and will be heading for Wembley tomorrow more in hope than expectation....

The lead was never 13 pts. And the 2 pts is a false picture because of the game in hand. We’d have to lose 2 of the 4 assuming Chelsea won all three. We’ve lost 1 of our last 16 to city. We’ve lost 1 all season to a team outside top 6. We’ve only lost twice at Wembley all season to Chelsea and city. It really would have to be some shocking turn around in our form all season to screw this up.

We were 10 points clear 2 weeks ago. That lead is about to be down to 2. Good job, Spurs! You’re bottling it, yet again. But hey! At least harry got that goal, right!

I refuse to believe you aren't

1: Undergoing some sort of therapy
2: Drinking too much
3: On some sort of weird new street drug
4: Sniffing the thongs of menstruating dwarves

Possibly all four

@Lord Commander

I thought scaberpool were guaranteed to win today ?
Good job I didn't gamble my house on your clairvoyance

I said that Liverpool would win the Champions League because Klopps counterattacking 4-3-3 is perfect for european football.

Last time I checked they are basically qualified for the final.

I never said they are the best "team" in the league (obviously City are) or that they, over a full season will win every game they play (no team does).

Did I make a single comment regarding their game against Stoke? No

Against Roma? Yes

I'm confused

This post could apply to at least 42 comments at the moment across 7 threads - Is there one in particular you were going for ?

(incidentally could you send me a link for no.4? I think I have the first three covered OK but Amazon came up blank on dwarf thongs)

as mentioned we only really need 7pts with the GD, but to say Chelsea was playing well? this is the 1st time in 2018 they have won 3 games on the trot, and against Southampton away they got very lucky, Alonso shouldn't of been on the pitch and was involved in all 3 goals.

be honest you panic every bloody season, well especially the last 2:LOL::LOL::LOL:

Genuine question

If we win on Monday night will you come on here and apologise for all the defeatist drivel you spout or will you just start banging on about West Brom and their cl winning form ?

Don't think my comments were defeatist, I was purely quoting a fact, we must win on Monday

Just forensically checked table;

3 games left Chavs win last three games= 75 points
2 games left Liverpool beat Brighton = 75 points
4 games left Spurs win three games = 77 points
4 games left Spurs win two draw one = 75 points

Liverpool and Spurs have better goal difference.

Add to that three of our games are at Wembley a hat-trick in each for Harry should see him get the Golden boot again?
So Corporal Jones style...Don't panic!

no that's not a fact, we have 4 games to get 7pts, unless Chelsea are going to score over 10 goals better GD than us in the remaining fixtures

True, but at the business end of the season momentum counts for something. If our performance against Watford is lacklustre and we only get a point rather than 3, the pressure on the team going into the West Brom match will go up a notch. That's pressure we don't need. Obviously we're still capable of getting the points we require from the remaining games but momentum is important. In the finishing straight I'd prefer not to be limping toward the finishing line with Chelsea on our shoulder.
