Arry could well be the man. he brings the best out of average players and makes stars play like stars.
i have a lot of respect for Martin o Neill and Redknapp, 2 very underrated managers known for being well prepared and being able to spot talent. they are leaders at a club and it seems the DoF role is outta here. bring in Arry's scouting network (or contacts)
