Tim is getting a lot of stick over his tactics and team selections such as playing eriksen on left instead of in a central position, giving Kane a start in such a massive game, playing 442 against the scum leaving the scum outnumbering us in central midfield etc etc

What i would like to ask is where are Ramsey and Sir Les when these decisions are being made? Ramsey was being heralded by people on here who have knowledge of the workings inside WHL as being a brilliant tactician and coach, he is an assessor for the FA and has been used as an example of the lack of opportunities for black staff by several ex pros so why is our manager making such poor choices if someone as good as that is in his ear? Where is Sir Les during the meetings that must take place before deciding on teams and tactics for the next game?

Maybe someone with knowledge of what goes on can shed some light on it as it could well be the case that Tim ignores their advice or that they have talked him out of worse decisions so he gets stubborn over others but have to say given our tactics and team selections Ramsey and Sir Les are getting away very lightly in terms of criticism.

People will look anywhere except for the players. I hold them wholly responsible.

  • Dawson was out today, so no excuses for the 3 goals conceded by those who think 'Kabs and Verts' will fix it.
  • Sandro with another stupid early push which gave him a yellow and lost him the chance to tackle early.
  • Eriksen on the left is like Modric on the left, acclimatising.
  • Starting Kane was fine, he must want Soldado fit for the PL.

I guess the others have an input but one man must make the decisions and the buck stops with him. It's Sherwoods name over the door.

I wasn't actually joking :-(

At the end of the match he was stood by Tim's side looking off into the distance like he didn't really get what was happening.

Fairly disheartening when one of the coaches ends the game with the same look as the fans in the stands....

That was the last shot on the download I watched last night; said it all.

I don't understand how a man like Les Ferdinand is allowed anywhere near the playing staff after the horror show that he has made out of every striker we have had over the last 5 years.

I'd love to know how much input he actually gets into what we're doing.

People who follow the youth teams have raved about him and his coaching and tactics skills (which was comforting in the face of Tim's "ave it!" mentality) and yet i'm seeing the shit-on-a-stick of yesterday rather than anything resembling a cohesive shape.

Stage a coup, Ramsey! I'm not particularly bothered if it's bloodless or not...

As soon as Levy sees sense all three will be out the door and will pitch up at Swindon Town to continue running the Spurs Development Squad.

As for Ramsey, last season we saw him managing the Development squad more and Tim Sherwood playing more of a back seat. Though Sherwood did play pointy shouty bloke for a couple games.

The youth team was set up brilliantly and strangely Ramsey made substitutions during the match(since the current management is refusing by all accounts)

Then there was the case of us playing a brilliant fluid 433, which hasn't been seen other than one with Soldado in it and one game against Newcastle.

I also think last seasons development team would beat this team at the moment as they would definitely find holes in our defence

since when did coaches get criticised too? who even knows the coaching staff most times? Sherwood is the manager, and the buck stops with him.

I got the impression he was waiting ready to jump in if TS showed any sign of doing something stupid, like hitting the other manager.

Ramsey was stood to Tim's right with a look of bewilderment on his face.

I think at that point he was about to call Shershit a cnut but Shershit got in first........................Ramsey bewildered as to why he was the cnut
