Some outstanding displays but standouts were

Romero MoM - really on it. Good anticipation in the tackle and crisp positive passing. Back to last seasons form

Kane - 1st time I've seen him look really sharp this season, Incisive passing and good to see him get shots away

Son - Looked confident again

Bossouma - Some great tackles and Looked much more comfortable within the team setup

So by your reasoning all the teams should be changing their formation every single game.
You seem very confused. I didn’t suggest anything of the sort. You asked how was Conte supposed to know Everton would prepare to play a 3-4-3. The answer is that’s our most common formation.
