To try and kick the ball into the Leicester net
2 goals up?
To try and kick the ball into the Leicester net
We need to get our goal difference up in the case of a relegation fight2 goals up?
Easy target. the weight of that fizzed pass was perfect, took out two men and left Moura running towards goal in acres.Funny how much stick Davies is getting. Thought he was rather solid, especially later on when we were seeing the game through.
Just some stats for some context:
Clearances- 2/ Interceptions-2 / Tackles(won)- 9(8)/ Dribbled Past- 0/ Duels(won)- 18(13)/ was fouled-1/ fouls-1 Accurate passes-71% Key Passes-1

Looks like he really got stuck in well and held his own defensively, while also setting up Auirier for a free header the back post and played a big part in Dele's goal.
While of course if we are to seriously challenge for titles and silverware we need a more athletic LB, but as a backup Davies always puts his best foot forward.
Shit, Jimmy’s moved from poetry to accounts. You sold out to the man, JimmyHugo.........7+.........Did what a keeper mans gotta do with minimum fuss.
Aurier.......5............Not convinced yet. Me or him.
Toby.........7+..........Solid as a rock but more mobile.
Verts.........7+..........Partnership re-established. A match made in Belgium
Davies......6+...........Did OK.
Sissoko.....7.............Strong presence but lacks that bit of quality in sight of goal
Winks.......6+...........Lively but nothing really outstanding.
Dier..........7.............Not today. Did his job competently.
Moura......6............Mobile and quick but never quite where the action is.
Son..........8.............Scored a beauty and made one with calm. Like him
Dele.........8+...........MOM. Stepped up today. Took control. The New Dele.
................................Bit like the Old Dele but with added responsibility.
Good to see KWP given some minutes. Not sure why HK and CE had to come on.
But at least Mauricio is plotting his way through a difficult period of the season.
Still the top team in London.
Workmanlike win. Nice goals and solid defending No scares or alarums.
Blood pressure steady.
I think people are always fairly harsh on him as we were blessed a couple of years ago with walker and rose as full backs. We compare Davies to that standard.Feel the marking is a bit harsh on Davies, his ball to Lucas for Deles goal was sublime, not a flashy performance, but very solid.
Son or Dele.
Jesus, the difference having Toby and Jan together at the back again though... solid.
Sissoko had another great game.
Poch knows how to use sissoko now. Even by sissoko's standard, his first touch and passing was still very poor tonight. But he was having a good match because of his defensive works and transition works. Strange player, but he is useful now
No, he wasn’t. He got stuck out wide right in the three behind the striker and he was about as much use as a chocolate teapot whilst he was getting chalk on his boots.Sissoko has been useful to us ever since we signed him but lots of people either don’t or didn’t see it or chose not to
Shit, Jimmy’s moved from poetry to accounts. You sold out to the man, Jimmy
