Yeah, teams like Man City, Liverpool, Chelsea to name but a few, think signing loads of players their team gets better and it probably does, but if you sign the right players that you need you most likely spend less and have less on the wages. You think with our only signings at the mo Pauli and Chadli has gave our team a lot of strength and depth, our bench is far much better as well with just these two. I guess we have got some players coming back from injury, they will be like new signings.

2) Meet buyout clause and apparently agree personal terms with the player

3) Valencia are unhappy with terms of the payment, wanting 15million euros upfront, and then then another 15 next year?

Spurs apparently unable to meet these demands. Possibly some of our terms for payment are only IF certain conditions are met by the player?

We are now in this gray area where the ball is supposedly in our court and the silence is deafening. We are 'close' but not that 'close' :S
