Never heard of him so watched a few clips. Very left footed winger operating off of the right flank. Probably has a better right foot than Deki and looks more natural using his right but for the most part looks to stay on his left foot and cut in. He looks rapid and a player that relishes taking on his man. Not very tall but also looks quite stocky and powerful, so unlikely to get bounced off defenders.

His YT highlights reminded me a bit of Hazard

I may be misremembering but isn't it the case that certain members of the new recruitment setup, perhaps Lange, were responsible for bringing him to Copenhagen? He's also supposedly represented by CAA Base. Lots of connections to us if that's all true.

Is so hard to tell, Bryan Gil could look like a better player than he is out on that right from a YT compilation too. Where's @Ghost Hardware when you need him :D

The article that linked us also linked 14 other clubs lol:

90min understands Copenhagen are prepared to sanction an exit next month, and Chelsea are keen to beat the queue to Bardghji's signature and will look to reach an agreement with Copenhagen immediately - but with the forward making the move to west London at the end of the season.

Chelsea face significant competition in the race to sign Bardghji. Fellow Premier League sides Aston Villa, Brentford, Brighton & Hove Albion, Fulham, Manchester United, Newcastle United and Tottenham Hotspur have all held talks with intermediaries regarding a deal having kept a close eye on his progress.

From mainland Europe, Bayer Leverkusen, Borussia Dortmund, Juventus, Marseille, Monaco, Napoli and PSV Eindhoven have all shown an interest in Bardghji.

Never been too impressed on this guy. Yes he has some talent but my opinion is that we should not buy him if he is too expensive. i live in Sweden btw so been following him alittle.

I’m like 6 margaritas deep and have a lot to say about this chap so will write a proper write up tomorrow once I’m sober. In the interim I think there’s a lot truth in this because of the Lange link and I think he’s a Base client but I could be wrong on that and could just be drunk.

Edit- he is a base client.

As a Swede, I've followed his rise closely in the media (without seeing a lot of FCK games).

Roony is a big talent, with a huge ceiling. He would have played first team matches at 15 if not for a rule in the Danish league that you have to turn 16 in order to play competitive games. He was given the chance directly after his birthday, and scored his first goal a week later with a 25 yard strike.

He is the youngest Swedish player to ever play for our u21, and would have had senior caps if it wasn't for our dinosaur of a head coach who has just left.

His parents are from Syria, but his earlier years were in Kuwait before he moved to Sweden at 6 years of age with his mother and brother. His family lived in Malmo, but as a 15 year old he signed for FCK and every morning he took a train across the Oresund Bridge to attend school in Denmark, before training with Copenhagen.

He has a shy demeanour in interviews, while at the same time being incredibly confident in his own abilities. His stated goal is to be the best footballer in the world. Before his winner against Man United, his coach said:

"A lot of players would think, ‘Wow, I’m going to play against Manchester United!' Roony just says: ‘Give me the ball, I will handle it.’”

How did Copenhagen reach the CL in the first place? With Roony doing a panenka for the decisive penalty in the qualifiers.

He's only just turned 18, right?! According to wiki. Intrigued.
