Oh dear? Because I have seen enough of Lennon to see that over the past few years, he has one decent game in 10?

Rather go with with a young talent hat has plenty to learn and prove, yes he is a raw talent and has a long way to go, but Lennon has consistently failed to achieve his potential (the only thing consistent about him) and has never had a consistently decent end product. But then, this is all hypothetical as Fredicks is currently a RB and not a RW.

Still, most certainly wouldn't be against trying it in the future though.

I found his debut some what bitter sweet as he isnt one of the better players in the U21's. People like Pritchard, Luongo and 1 or 2 others have much more potential but because they were good they were sent to Swindon and etc.

Ryan did have a good debut and iirc, was the fastest guy in his year for the london boroughs. Hopefully get a chance for a loan as I suspect Adam Smith is ahead of him at the moment

So much better than he was 2 yesrs ago when polayed at RB in UEFA Cup.

Very fast direct running (great engine going up and down the pitch) with excellent crosses, also made a couple of top class defensive interceptions, although defending is clearly the weaker part of his game. Linked well with Townsend on several ocassions.

When I last saw Adam Smith, thought Smith was beter, but after tonights game they are much closer in competance than I thought. However Smith is about 18 months older than Fredericks who still qualifies as an under 21 (unlike Smith) so may find it easier to get a game than Smith at least against less good opposition. .

Great to be in the position where Spurs have two young RB's who play in much the same way as Walker - and all 3 suit AVB's requirements for FB's so much more than Naughton who although a competent defender does not have the speed to attack in the way that AVB wants..

Spurs have so many good attacking midfield players that I'm not sure Fredericks would get a look in playing there - although he can certainly play as a right winger (which is where he used to play until 2-3 years ago)

Good physique, tall and rangey, with potential to bulk up, absolutely searing pace (Les was not wrong), and a nicely technical looking right foot - really got some pace and bend on a couple of balls into dangerous areas.

Piss-poor oppo and a couple of small errors defensively, but he's certainly got potential. Looks like he'd make an ideal wing-back/attacking full-back in time.

Liked what I saw.

Let me get this right....from reading what some of the posters suggests: Fredericks, converted from RM to RB, should - after 1 full game as RB where he played well - now be re-onverted back to RM....while RB Adam Smith should be converted to a LB....so the much malinged Naughton can keep his RB back up spot....which leaves Fryers... oh never mind ;)

Wiki has him as being 5ft8in.

Me being a pedant aside I thought he looked quite good against limited opposition. Would like to see him get more game time coming off the bench in the PL to see if he can develop further.

He played with no fear, which is what you want from youngsters. And took on Walker's mantle of trying to make things happen. Probably helped that a) that was the most attacking we've been all season and b) Anzhi are a bit pony. But boy did well

Impressed me immensely, i do think he may get bundled a fair bit in the prem tho, needs to bulk up, but he is ofc young look at Bale.

I thought the most impressive thing was his delivery which did look pretty good.

I think rapid full-backs are a dime-a-dozen but ones who can actually deliver once they get into dangerous areas are few and far between.

Might be tricky for him at Spurs though because Walker seems to be improving by the week, but the lad is still very young and let's just hope he can keep progressing.

As i said above he is young and Walker pretty much plays every game at the moment, if this lad can be a good understudy then thats great for us and him.

Did ok, shaky and inexperienced at the back naturally, but full of beans going forward... apart from tripping over his own feet

Far from a finished article, but lets hope he continues to work hard and improve beyond being merely a good athlete

I was in the NE section of the ground, so got to see him very close-up. as others have said, it was his delivery that impressed me the most

Wads really nice I see the way the other players encouraged him throughout the half, particularly Soldado and Freidal.
