To be honest, he didn’t look all that impressive vs. Southampton. Seems unable or unwilling to go to his right.

While he wasn’t great he was probably Fulham best player imo.
Always showing for the ball and willing to take on a player.
This was the Southampton we played Boxing Day and I think he could’ve easily been in our team and we’d not drop a level with him.
Plus he’s 17 still has strength and power to develop.
He’s going to be a star.

No it’s not....that’s why I said vs. Southhampton....would you say he looked impressive today? He has looked impressive to me before....just not today. Further, he doesn’t look like he is comfortable with his right foot which can be exploited by top level defenders. That said, he’s only 17 and I do want us to sign him. Stop jumping to conclusions and jumping on anyone who shares a fucking observation.

danny is not great on his right eithe but over time he learned to do that cut back move which freed him up a bit. He’s just got to learn to deal with it which given his age and ability, I have no doubt he can do. That said, it does speak to whether he could contribute straight away.

He looked a lot better when we played him last year. That said, he’s been tearing it up this year from what I’ve read and looked decent the few matches I’ve seen this season before today.
perhaps we can enjoy a brief respite from the press’ campaign to sell off our entire first 11.

Robertson has started to deliver for Liverpool, and they have Moreno as backup + Gomez and Milner who can play on the left. While that's not the most inspiring set of fullbacks around, they're well covered. Besides, I suspect Klopp would like to spend the Coutinho cash on Aubameyang or another attacker. Can't have Mane, Salah, Ings, Sturridge, Firmino and Solanke getting lonely, after all.
