It's hard to blame Harry when we have been playing with1 fit CB. King was shaky away at City and has been on a rapid decline since. Gallas has been out muscled and out paced nearly all season. The one major blight on Harry's record should be our lack of movement and creativity from the players on attack. It would be interesting to see the passing statistics before and after the Christmas fixture.

So what happened to Nelson, get fucking lost on the way to the stadium?

Seeing as he was the only player that could walk off the pitch with his held high against Norwich, this can be blamed on old sweaty sandwich as much as anyone wants.

Thought about this long and hard Harry has to go. Our form since NFC has been shocking with no sign of improvement
Harry out!

I really didn't like his comments the other day and argued with a few on here for hours about it - but nothing annoyed me more than watching him bring on Defoe tonight, he just doesn't learn from his mistakes. Its exactly what I was arguing yesterday as to why I wanted us to part ways with him regardless.

Jonathonhotspur ,

Whatever you may feel about Redknapp being responsible for our loss of form may be true but we played well today and our guys were really up for it . They were pressing really well in the second half .

I have doubts myself over the quality of training but the difference today was about the quality of exceptional players : we have no answer to Drogba and Lampard .

For that Levy must take some responsibility .

Even if we had a big stadium that would not make sufficient difference to revenues . We need to ramp up our overseas merchandising in developing countries where disposable incomes are increasing rather than the UK where they are dropping . The club has not managed to ramp up overseas merchandising .

Chelsea brought Gary Cahill and Fernando Torres off the bench . Hindsight is a wonderful talent but not going for Cahill is looking like a mistake .

Note to Levy....

What exactly did Harold do wrong today? 1st go out of the blue. 2nd goal a travesty. Some of you need to get a grip.

I agree to a degree we just havent enough big game players and Ive been saying that for a long time now. I thought Modric could be one but have been desperately disappointed by him. Adebayor is a good striker but again havent come up aces when it matter IMO, Bale shows great signs as to does Lennon in spells. Van De Vaart really is the only player that can win us games and Harry has a habbit of taking him off for Defoe who thoughout his career hasnt turned up when our dawn (false) rolls around.

the way we collapse really suggests to me his lost the players. its happen far to many times this season the players prob believe his off anyway at the end of the season.

VDV is not up to 90 minutes . When he joined he'd struggle at 60 , today he managed 72 in a cup match on a big Wembley pitch . Defoe is better as an impact sub than as a starter .

I completely agree with you about VDV being our only match winner . He's a level up from the rest in most respects .

Modric seems to have been cruising for a while . He's capable of so much more but only when he's is obsessed with winning - and his heart is no longer at Tottenham .

BBLG makes a good point about a Modric and Parker midfield getting overrun .

Not exactly an FA Cup fairy tale .

I'm not a fan of Mourhinio's style of football but I've got a feeling the rest of the fanbase need to see Mourhinio fail to exorcise any delusions that we can compete against clubs with multiples of our budget .

Conceding 10 goals in 2 games against your biggest rivals is reason for dismissal.

I'll be honest, up until the Defoe substitution I didn't think Harry got a great deal wrong. We were the better team in the first half in my opinion and with the chances we had, we really should have been at least 1-0 up in that half. But going to a 4-4-2 was just so stupid.... Especially after the Norwich game and his recent comments regarding the way we should be setting up.

4411 from the off, with Parker on his own in the centre with Modric. We were always going to get over run by their 3 man midfield. It was possession suicide. Especially as the 433 worked so well against them only 3 weeks ago.

I don't think for 1 minute that Harry is doing this intentionally, but I can't work out his motives. 2 months ago everything was set up for him to walk away to the England job, a Spurs Legend and his head held rightfully high. Now? He's losing the backing of the few supporters that he had, and I was one of them.
I
I just can't get my head around any of this, I really can't.

I cannot remember us being run over in midfield. we had by far the better chances in the first half. There was'nt much between the 2 teams.

I do agree AJ, but I always felt they were edging the control in the game even though we were edging more threat so to speak. But that's no conciliation anyway when he does what he does again, countless times, and commits suicide. How is that ineptitude going to sit for the long-run? It isn't, simple answer.

I despair I really do and when the fans are aware of the problem and he isn't - well its time to go.

A fading Van De Vaart in these game is still better than Defoe (I have backed Defoe to the hilt in the past) Defoe hasnt got the game to play at the highest level at white hart lane against the wigans wolves at a push liverpool(no disrespect to them) he can.

I'm just pissed off with the stupidity with our openess in these games i'm afraid harry still haven't learnt. its only really worked once against Inter Milan at the Lane (Taxi for Maicon) and the press hand a wank.

With this being S.C. I'm sure Jenas should be in there somewhere .

It was VDV who saved us in the Stoke game in the 93rd minute though was it not?

by far? Mata was in as well....2 to us, 1 to them....so knock the exaggerating on the head.

The point is he fucked it by bringing Defoe on....he talks in interviews about how open we look when we play this way )4-4-2), and how much control we lose when up against three in the middle - and he keeps fucking doing it.

We had one man in midfield today, and when he eventually tired after 65minutes, that was game over.
