Manchester City have bolstered their backroom staff by recruiting Sam Erith from Tottenham.

The former head of sports science, fitness and conditioning for Spurs spent six years at White Hart Lane.

City have clash with Spurs in the past over transfers for Craig Bellamy and Wilson Palacios but Erith’s departure was amicable.
