Exactly. That's why I bear him no ill will. He's chosen coaching as a career, so an opportunity like this is a very good one. Anyway, who knows, as he progresses, we may choose to make him an offer some time down the line...I agree with you, but in Scott's point of view, he's been offered a role as first team coach for a newly promoted team. We all know that if we were to be offered such a significant role in a team, we'd jump at it
