Bit off topic this, but can you buy tickets if not a member? or do you have to be a member to even buy someone's tickets being sold?

My Son has finally got into spurs, and would like to try and get to a game if we are over, but same token, not sure i want to spend whatever it costs to be a member for us just for one game + the tickets etc.

You need a CRN (customer ref number) but I think this can be just a free registration. I’ve certainly moved tickets to non members with a CRN

Bought my own season ticket today, well half season ticket. Well... with my brother.

My Dad got a couple of 1882 tickets last season, and me and my brother have been taking it in turns to go with him, but got the opportunity to get a half season ticket today so we can all go.

Gonna be in 451 couple of rows behind my Dad's seats. Buzzing.

I remember they offered them wayyyyy back. I think it's probably because the renewals were low in the summer? And so trying to get people in now if they can.

Hopefully I'll be able to relocate next season.

Just done the same for me and my son, won't miss the mad scramble to get tickets via membership!

I wouldn't mind but will find it difficult to commit to that many games. Hopefully will be a lot more promising 2nd half of the season with players back and maybe some signings in Jan. Going on Sunday but can't help feel a bit deflated with all the players missing.

You can get a CRN without the need to buy a membership. They just make it seem like you can't. Struggling to remember the process, but I think if you go through the process of buying a membership but do not actually go through with paying for it, they send you an email with your CRN attached to that, therefore you have a CRN, are in "the system" and can buy tickets on ticket exchange if they are available, like I say, it is all a bit sketchy in my mind but i am sure thats the way you can work it.

When does that start from, as we've only had five home games

First game is Brighton in February.

@nicdic I also had the opportunity and by the time I got logged in the only tickets left were 1882 tickets. Couldn't bring myself to spend that much as I live in the Netherlands now so alot of extra costs when I come for games. Out of interest do and your Dad feel the 1882 is good value and worth the extra money? Are the bars nice etc?

when the stadium first opened I took a pal, the food on the day was a hot dog with onions, my mates a vegetarian and when he asked what the veg option was he was told they would take out the sausage...

The 1882 bars are nice, not too crowded and the food is good too. It's like a little members club, within a members club.

When you look at things like The Tunnel Club, On Four, Loge, The H Club.. that's when you're taking out a mortgage.

Thanks interesting to know! Do you get a voucher for the food (like with the drinks) or is it ''as much as you want'' within reason of course :)

You show your 1882 ticket (or ST) each match you enter the lounge, and are given a wristband with rip off tabs for 2 drinks and 1 food, and also given a matchday programme.

If you don't like the food choices in the 1882 lounge, then you can use the food voucher anywhere around the stadium for something else.

Any idea what the food choice is?
It changes from game to game. Sometimes a nice steak burger, or a jumbo sausage hotdog, last home game I think I had a chicken jalfrezi with fragrant rice and mini poppadoms, could be a nice pie with some mash.. always a couple of choices and a veggie one too.

Outside of the 1882 it's all the different vendors shown on the club website. Quite fancy trying the Katsu burger or the bagels. Had most of everything else.

‘fragrant rice and mini poppadoms’ 🤣 What has football, and here also become? Fuck the bovril and pies!! And we’re actually asking each other such questions. Prawn anyone?

*and to be clear, I love a curry.

You can get a pie. A burger. A pizza. A sausage roll. If you want something “football”.

What’s wrong with nice variation? Especially if a 1882 ticket costs a lot and those punters want a little more choice?

Glad we embrace the old and the new.

Ok
How about the peanut bags back in the 70’s, they were the good old days.
