Almost certainly TV positions, west stand location means no problems with sun, also if you look at the very front of other blocks in west stand, there small spaces which look like camera positions for looking down on penalty area & goal etc..
...so any problems sitting behind all that? I’m in phase 3 on Mon. One of the wrinklies that doesn’t go to away games any more so only have 198 points but have had our season tickets for nearly 35 years! So angry and upset about it all. Part of me doesn’t want to renew as we feel so let down by the Club. Loyalty ffs counts for nothing!!!
I would be angry too but there is most of the stadium still available, presumably because phase 1 and 2 are only 15%, then a significant number of those are waiting for people in their group in lower phases, like you are, so it’s probably more like 12% of the total.
So phase 3 and 4 very likely to get the area they want to sit- probably not the exact seat they would have chosen but close enough to it for anger to subside- and even to regain enthusiasm for the new ground.
GOOD LUCK!
Im phase 3 as well, the problem I face is I keep changing my mind, everytime I go on that interactive map thing! So ive found the seats I want and just got to hope they are available tomorrow. I’ll be paying less than I was at WHL too so I can’t complain!
Directors box is on middle tier where there are no season tickets available so no repeats of West Ham , there is a small tier above the middle level which are box holder seats and another level of box holder seats below so unhappy fans are nowhere near the directors.Actually think I’m wrong. Think directors is below on that little tier.
I was block 19 !! What row?I 'm phase 3 so tomorrow is a big day and I'm w**king from home first thing, to get the job done!.
Am ex Paxton block 19 but narrowed my targets down to blocks 102 and 108. Don't fancy the South Stand for some reason.
If there was a middle tier on the East Stand would definitely have been interested as would have seen it as a return to my favourite times as a supporter on the shelf.
Row 18 - some happy days and you?I was block 19 !! What row?
19!!!Row 18 - some happy days and you?
I totally agree , giving so much emphasis with loyalty points to away support is ridiculous. Apart from income from TV money many clubs need the home support with fans paying full price tickets. Personally don't quite get why away support is considered so valued as all the money goes to the home team, why would any self respecting Spurs fan for example want to contribute to Arsenals income. The phases should have been on length of holding a ST and nothing else, Spurs say they consulted fans , exactly who did they consult....so any problems sitting behind all that? I’m in phase 3 on Mon. ...but we aren’t with all our friends we’ve sat with for the last 15 years (still together at Wembley). They are all in phase 1 and have bought their tickets. The seats close to them have all gone now. I’m really nervous about tomorrow morning. I do think it could be busier than the first two phases with groups coming into this one who weren’t able to buy together in the first two phases. Thanks for your good luck wishes.

This!!!
Starting to build a picture now. You're angry with the club because your so called mates forgot about friendship and didn't wait for you.
Sounds like it's definitely Levy's fault (shakes fist at levy in menacing way)
It's not all about away support. There are home cup matches a plenty and you get far more loyalty points for going to the league cup matches against lower league teams than going to the big ticket games like Juventus in the champions league.
As it stands you get 25 per season for buying a ticket plus 1 for each of the 19 games so that's 44. 44 per season for 5 years (the cap) is 220 loyalty points just for the basic 19 home league matches.
If you wanted to acquire 300 loyalty points over 5 seasons you'd need to average 60 a season. If you attended 3 home group games in the champions league you might only get 1 each but in the Europa league that could easily be 3 per game for 9 points in just the Europa league. It's really not about going to as many away games as possible. If that were the case no one would be able to acquire the loyalty points needed to go to away games for a start.
It's about time people shook off the victim complex.
Well said. Too many of the people who aren't in phase one and are moaning need to look up the word loyalty. As you say if they went to all the home cup games especially League and Europa cup, they would be in phase one. Those games at 5 points a game would easily see them in phase one.
