If you buy a ticket today for the Fulham game, they will pay you back by the 30th July, yeah.

If you choose not to buy one, I assume that you will be able to use your 1/19th credit on a cup game, which i assume includes the Champions League.

Do we know what will happen to the balance?
1/19th of my season ticket is more than the £55 I paid for a Fulham ticket today.

I have no idea pal. I'd assume it would carry into another future sale as any credit would but I could be wrong.

They could also potentially reimburse you the remaining sum of your credit straight into your account.

I'd ask the club, if i were you.

Thanks - purchased and this is what came out in the email response after confirmation

That's fucking dismal that. I now have to sit on the phone, at work, to get my own money back.
Edit - lead purchase is automatic, non lead manual. Ok, chilled.

I had to ring them up to sort out my sons & his mates as the same thing no credit applied but sorted no problem.

Turns out they also overcharged my son for his season ticket & should of only paid the 'Young Adult' rate as he is under the age of 22 - nice little refund of £250 on its way back ! ;)

A limited number of premium seats are the only remaining way for supporters to secure their place for our landmark first season at our new stadium.

A record number of Season Ticket holders – capped at 42,000 – will take their seats and be part of history when the team steps out for the first time at our new home.

No further Season Tickets are available for the forthcoming season in order to preserve the matchday allocation. If you're not already a One Hotspur member and wish to join to be able to benefit from a priority window for matchday tickets, please click here.

ALL season tickets sold including 1882 seats.

Guess a lot of the folks who were determined to be proven right about over pricing got it wrong.
I also think I made a bet some time ago that if they didn't all sell, then I would contribute to the SC coffers.
(something I gave up doing when my access to the most interesting part was taken away :cautious: )

I bought a Fulham ticket Monday but paid in full and had no chance to claim a credit and didn’t get an email afterwards. Guess I’m going to have to call the ticket office again.

at the moment that part is full of bedwetters having massive meltdowns. I'm starting to hate Levy, not because he hasn't actually bought anyone, but because is making life hell and anyone would think there is a bread and milk shortage, the world is coming to an end, and it's all Levy's fault especially with the new season ticket prices, and Pool spending

Question to the SC

My OAP dad is now a one hotspur + memeber. What are the chances of him being offered to purchase a season ticket and if only the £2,200 tickets are left could he get a concession on it?!!

All meant to be gone except the premium packages which are a lot more than £2,200 and don't have concessions unfortunately. If you're interested in one of the £2,200 tickets it's probably worthwhile phoning the ticket office tomorrow just in case, but there's no discounts on it so would have to pay the full amount.

Interestingly I got another auto email from the club offering me a Fulham ticket even though I've already purchased it AND no money has left my bank account. May be they have sorted the auto credit out and don't even know it. 48 hours is enough to see the debit take place, right?

My ticket is showing on the e-ticket section so all completed.

So one for the conspiracy theorists!! Just logged onto to my S/T account. As expected my ticket for Fulham @ Wembley is showing. What wasn't expected was it showing me as having a season ticket at Wembley for the new season!!?? Surely no need for that to be populated until details for NWHL season ticket are ready. So, either my seat was one of the 15000 to be cast wrong and they can't afford to replace it ?? or.......rumours of delays.......

I have qualified this year for a concession ticket but they limited it to tickets up to £1125.00 unlike at Wembley when they were I believe available more or less anywhere. So this means the answer to your question is mo they will not offer concessions except on these limited amount of seats. They know they can sell al the decent ones as a top price

That's on mine too today!

If you click on Account History, mine shows 2 recent purchases, one on the 18th (Fulham ticket) and one on the 2nd, which if i click, sends me to an error page.
I suspect the IT system is f'd.

@Parklanerob

Dear Matthew,

Thank you for your e-mail. Please excuse any error messages or outdated details that may appear when you log in at the moment. We are currently in the process of updating season ticket holders' accounts, and until this process has been completed your details may not appear up to date.

The 2nd July transaction refers to the date that your season ticket purchase (for a seat in Block 530) was migrated from our season ticket sales platform to our main supporter database. This was an internal process that was part of a larger data transfer taking place and is nothing to be alarmed about.

I do hope that this assuages your concerns, but should you have any further queries please don't hesitate to get back in touch.

Kind regards,

Giovanni
