My issue was not related to google but your comments made me look at mine on an iphone.
I got the emails and messages from the club re my digital ticket. Message disappeared after reading it and nothing in my wallet. I turned the phone off and on a number of times and still no digital ticket or anywhere to click the three dots as stated in email.
I then scrolled through my wallet and right at the bottom it said "View Expired Passes". When I clicked on it I found what I thought was my old digital pass. But it wasn't and it said updated 19 July 2022. I then followed instructions on phone on how to add back to wallet. Bingo. Ticket for Southampton in wallet.
Hope the above helps anyone with similar problems. Not long now COYS
Same here on Gpay but email does say it will update within 7 days of next fixture so not sure we need to worry yet.I've still not got my Southampton ticket yet.

According this part of the Spurs website you should be able to complain and if not satisfied with the answer then escalate the complaint to have it fully investigated but have no idea if it will get you anywhere.I did call them at the time and was told tersely that there were no concessions in block 512. I know this isn’t right and told them that in my letter.
I will write again to see what they say.

Think that only applies to those with iphones and apple wallet , I have android and as yet Gpay has not updated with the Southampton game even though the game does show in my online eticketing account.Mine was updated on 19th July and shows the ticket for the Saints game.
Have you tried the old ‘IT fix’ of turning off automatic updates then switching back on again (worked for me when a ticket didn’t load last year)
Same here , they haven't opened Ticket Exchange or Share yet so until they do, nothing can be done.Has ticket exchange opened for the Southampton match yet?
when I log in to my eticket account, it listed Southampton as my next match. However, I am still not listed as a season ticket holder, can’t manage the ticket of Southampton match, and no loyalty points have been credited for 22/23 season ticket yet.
