No words of wisdom from me.
Plainly not consistent enough for a Top 7 side but certainly has his moments both good & bad.

A year left on his contract and we need to upgrade RB anyway. Seems pretty good all round if we can get a fair price.

He is certainly one I would want out of the door. He has had plenty of chances and is generally an accident waiting to happen. Would be an excellent start to our summer busines.

No.

Also. There will be at least several comments next season of “we shouldn’t have sold Aurier!” or words to that effect, so be careful what you wish for…
Selling Aurier doesn't help our right back situation but it is time for him to move on.

Hopefully Tanganga can step up and make the spot his own.

Aurier was not our worse player in terms of attitude and commitment so I personally would not mind if he stayed. However he wanting to go is a different story

He (Tanganga) has done reasonably there but I honestly do not think that this his position. Dier starting there at the beginning of his Spurs career comes to mind.

I like Aurier too but him wanting to leave and having 1 year left on his contract makes this a no-brainer.

You might be right on Tanganga playing right back.

At the moment I am pretty excited about Rodon's potential. I believe an experienced player to play alongside him is the way forward over another inexperienced player.

If Tanganga goes right back it could be as a straight full back instead of a wing back while Reguillon plays wing back on the other side.

Yet again there's a player mouthing off to the papers and stating that he wants out. There's no honor between a club and player anymore and that pisses me off. I rather we ship Doherty than Aurier. I would've loved to sign Aarons and see Aurier playing rotation than having Aarons and Doherty for an example..

I hardly think he's mouthing off.

He's simply said it's time for him to move on.

Do you want every player we buy to honour their contracts and leave on free transfers?

Of course not, but he is still under a contract and going to the papers and try to force his way out, is not the answer.

Guess you can frame it either way.

Frame 1: everyone knows he has a year left on his contract and he is being honest that it is time to leave.

Frame 2: he a traitor and should shut the fuck up. People shouldn’t be allowed a voice in the modern world and employers rightly hold all the power. Fuck the People!

Now you're taking it a bit far and it's not at all what I'm saying.
