Sergio Reguilon has revealed his disappointment at being moved on by Tottenham despite being told he was in Ange Postecoglou‘s plans.

The Australian manager assured Reguilon, according to the full-back, that he would survive the club’s summer transfer cull - only days before he was sent out on loan to Manchester United.

To save anyone reading he doesn't say anything disrespectful. Just says that he was playing in the preseason games and was told he was in the squad. Then the next day he was sent out on loan to Man Utd.

I think this would confuse a lot of players.

He might be better suited to being backup to Udogie than Davies but ultimately he's not right for the wing back role so it's time for him to find a new club.

I don't think Reggie is a bad player, but I'd rather we have another Porro style player to compete with Destiny. I agree with those who think Dwight McNeil is worth a gamble as a back up for the left side at both LB and LW. So I'd sell Reggie if we get an offer.

Agree.

He's reportedly on £50k a week and has 1 year left on his contract. We won't get much but he shouldn't be too difficult to sell.

He seems like a player who want to play and now is surely the time for him to go.

I think the game against Barca where the 15 year old rinsed Reggie who then feigned injury to get it off the pitch probably didn't endear himself to Ange...

McNeil is class but can’t defend no way is he a LB.
