It's the Football Federation's federal prosecutor and Serie A is owned and run by Lega Serie A which in turn, unlike the PL, is owned by the federation.

So yeah I think this is enforceable. The question is whether or not it will actually be done.

Every time I watch Kim Min Jae for Napoli - I feel sooo fucking jealous.
Why o why we didnt bid for him ?

Kim Min Jae at CCB will make a huge difference. I really hope , we go for him in summer for his release clause and somehow convince him to join us. Get him in and we are sorted in defense for next 5 years. Well worth the 45m and 200k a week on him
