Should Berba go, then...

Why don't we go for Ruud Van Nistelrooy and Milito.
With Berba linked with a move to Man Utd again, though i would prefer if we did sell him, to send him abroad to Real or Milan... I think RVN would be a great addition.
Good at holding up the ball, good passer, good finisher and has premiership experience.
Milito is similar to Berba and would be an ideal replacement too.

Any thoughts guys...

Its funny some of this response we get. Its was only a suggestion! Like most of us do and chat about!!
There is a wind of change that has been to our Spurs and some of the stars players are beginning to take us seriously.
Some of us would have never thought we were able to sign Modric, yet we did and a good signing it was.
I feel that most Spurs fans have more dream of keeping Berba than looking for another star, but come August, this may be a different story.
Like Defsta says we need to put all this Berba thread into one but i didn't mean this to be a berba thread, but a suggestion of my opinion of who would be good to replace him.

Then you are an idiot.
O'Shea is a world class defender and could fill in at any position in the back or in certain midfield positions and he's be an improvement.
Fletcher is a world class Defensive Mid and very close to both Hargreaves and Carrick in ability, also still very young. And Foster is one of the most promising Goalkeeping talents around. Surely the following team would not look as good as the one below:

I actually suggested FOSTER and ONE of Fletcher or O'Shea Probably Fletcher as he is a top class midfielder, anyone who says otherswise knows fuck all about football, AND 5million for Berba. Which in actual fact would be a good deal.

However obviously keeping him or selling him abroad would be prefered but if Man.U was his destination then getting two class players and 5million to go along with whatever else we have left in the Kitty in order to say get Milito would be a good deal and we'd have some team!
