Wigan v Plastic City when we are playing Liverpool. Been some really good games between us over the last few years and even Everton v Arsenal are playing wednesday which is much more worthy than Pie eaters v Lottery winners.

I guess it's their way of getting Wigan's minimum number of live games up. They tend to do this, show lower sides against bigger sides then at least there's some interest. If it was Wigan v So'ton you wouldn't get many watching.

I emailed Sky the other year. They chose Man Utd (top) v Pompey (mid-table) midweek, at quite short notice (not one of the planned ahead games) and Utd, unsurprisingly, strolled to a 3-0 home win. The same night we drew 4-4 with Chelsea!

thought i was the only one to have a rant about this yesterday when the advert came on at half time for Tues and Weds fixtures fuck me 2 new mangers at 2 clubs trying to get top 4, smashing matches each year (4-0) but the wanks at sky put on the wigan v city match on then to top it of West ham and Chavs saturday lunch, im sick having these 2 teams on my sports channel,

I haven't got the fixtures to hand, but I think I'm right in saying Fulham/Chelsea is on as well. So that's three fixtures that would most likely generate more interest than City/Wigan.
