They're either very pathetic or being given a lot of money by someone else to be awkward.
They don't have huge assets as far as I recall, hence the the cost of the appeal is an interesting variable. Not sure how this works, but considering the compulsory nature of the order, would it put undue pressure on them not to exercise any right to appeal if they were likely to incur debilitating costs. This would provide the purchaser a huge advantage at all stages of the process. Probably exactly how it was designed to work then!

What a fiasco. One small firm being difficult because they can foresee X amount of money coming their way, in grand total of an overall regeneration in the area crying out so such investment that will include jobs business and spin offs, what are the figures archway steel want... they should let it be known.

It ridiculous we should force them to close their car park on match days so they cannot claim the extra revenue.

Their factory is currently not in use because of fire damage and surely it will take time sort out the damage is it not time for these people to give up.

I remember with the labour goverment they cut through all the red tape so Arsenal could build the Emirates and expedited the court cases.
