It's scandalous the officials fucking up the disallowed Liverpool goal. I'm happy it worked in our favour today, but next week it'll be us it goes against because either the system is flawed, or the incompetent dicks using it don't know what they're doing.

One terrible VAR decision against Liverpool..... what about all the ones they have had in their favour?
I would imagine they will have atleast 2 or 3 dubious decisions in their favour to try and balance it out by the end of the season.

Klopp still crying into his cornflakes. Atleast we don't have to watch him run onto the pitch fist pumping.

Everyone will get some decisions favourable for them and some decisions against them. Nobody mentioned a shit when Vicario was upended by Nketiah.. Liverpool just have to suck it up.

About time we had one after a dubious handball in the CL final, Jota booting Skipp in the head, a dubious offside to son, a studs up boot to Porro, etc, etc, etc. Dont feel bad at all. It’s VAR that needs to go. It is not fit for purpose in it’s current form. PL referees cannot be reviewing decisions made by there own.

Once again I ask, who thought that the best way to eliminate human error was to add more humans into the decision making process?

So true! Just because that wasn’t a goal it will be forgotten about but it should’ve been a red.

I don’t like VAR but glad we got the rub of the green today, that is life ladies & gents sometimes it goes for ya sometimes it doesn’t. Roll with it. 🎲

Horrible and quite absurd error by the guy in charge of the lines today, but hey. It's nice when it goes your way innit?

Would have been offside in that case as the linesman flagged.
But that, while a pretty shit error, is more excusable in a split second decision than a VAR and assistant VAR looking at a still image for over a minute and still somehow getting it wrong.

About time we got one going our way in a game this big. Match and result aside tho what a monumental fuck up.

I just don’t understand why we haven’t implemented the automatic system that’s used in most European leagues. Takes away the human error. We had the option to implement this summer but decided against it for some reason.

VAR dropped a massive bollock for the offside goal. Not sure it would have changed the result tbh. But really unless there’s a very good reason someone is probably going to lose their job over that, which is always a shame for someone who’s not going to be on huge money as it is. But they can’t be making blunders like that in big games.

With that being said, Ha fucking Ha! the only thing that could have made this better would have if it was a cup final.

The PL and PGMOL are looking even more stupid for rejecting the semi automated offside VAR that was used at the men's and women's World Cup.
