Funny how other clubs can get their business done and dusted without too much hassle. I know some folks are saying that Sporting are notorious etc when it comes to transfers, but FFS, Danny Boy would win a gold medal for his carry on. Why am I not surprised?

Not all other clubs do. We just see the deal done as we don't follow it all. But even Chelsea and arsenal have had issues with people they want to sign this window.

To be fair, I don't think anyone is saying Porto are notorious when it comes to transfers.

Not least because we've been negotiating with Sporting Lisbon.

I imagine, unless you're City, Chelsea, PSG etc. It happens to all clubs, we just don't hear much about it because we're not watching and following them that closely. We only see the signings that happen, generally speaking. Why do people assume it's always Levy's fault? Half the time the other club are pissing around.

Happens to Chelsea also. Look at how long their chase of Fernandez has gone on this window.

I followed the Mckinnie deal to Leeds and the Trossard deal to that other lot. Both were done pretty quickly, but I get your point

Of course, but I try not to blanket judge people based on 'they did this before'.
That's very noble but this is Levy we are talking about and he's not your ordinary "people" I agree you give a person a second chance everytime but how many chances has he had?
