This is a very good question,( and one i asked in the SC Predictor Comp) and i agree....because, as with all football betting on goal scorers, you can get odds on "No Goal Scorer" because it IS an option/possibility.
If someone chose the, No goal scorer, they would get no extra points for doing so, where as if they chose a goal scorer they will get points should they score for 1st.
There should be the same incentive/points for sticking your neck out to predict "No goal Scorer" .....but i failed to put that in to this comp...failed miserably.
I will add this rule to the.....rules....and it will be used in the next competition.
I am also working on a way that, when a chosen scorer does not play then, a sub is nominated, because some SCers don't always have access to a comp to change their nominated scorers just before kick off.
Which is a bummer when you are in contention....


In the meantime, for the Final...the answer is, no....non....ni hea....nyet !

actually, i quite like this setup.
maybe just an option for choosing the FT result (Home/Draw/Away), hate getting a zero! lol!

think for league games, the starting lineup is more predictable.
