I joined late so can still make unlimited free transfers at the mo.

I picked Joe Cole, who's now suspended for bloody ages, so I reckon it makes sense to replace him. I could go for:

Malouda - Chelsea - not gonna happen.
Arshavin - Scum - Nae fookin way
Kuyt - Don't rate him that highly personally
Milner?
Silva - Meh
Young?
Cahill?

I went for Young. He's pretty much scored 10 goals and provided 18 assists for the last 3 seasons IIRC.

I honestly can't see Silva doing much this season, especially in terms of fantasy football points.

I was erring towards Young anyway, but that leaves me even more spare cash, so I've ended up replacing Warnock with G Johnson too.

Caveat: I always do really badly at FF, so by offering advice you're really not hurting your own chances. :grin:

I'm thinking about changes and while I will definitely make some I am planning to wait till next week so that I've got 2 free transfers.
I reckon it's better to be able to, for example, drop two 7m players and have a 14m kitty for one week than to have two lots of 7m available.
If you go one at a time, then if you wanted to get a more expensive player, you'd have to get the "economical" one first and put up with his presumably reduced point scoring for that gameweek.

bad week for me. Need big changes for next week 2 free transfers and 1 wildcard

Richard Dunne got me a -1 after that 6-0 thrashing but new sub Scholes got me 10 pts and captain Drogba has gotten me something like 60pt in the first two games alone so happy days so far.

Awful week for me. I should've swapped more than one player and accepted the points deduction, would've worked out better.

Having said that I'm on 46 and the average is 42 ... yet I've dropped from 41st to 80th on the SC league. Clearly this is a very good league.

It sure is. Right now it is ranked 40 out of 195,000. Eek The top 2 are both inside the top 1000 out of nearly 2 million! :clap:

That is the head to head league, which you can only join in week 1 i believe. You need to use 193-103 for the main league.

I'm already doing much better than last season, where I was literally holding up the whole league for the first few months, being dead last out of around 170 people

Sites for tracking player price rises/falls. So you know when to bring in or sell a player to avoid being hit for those .1's that you can't afford. Used to bug the fcuk out of me.

These sites are updated. Fiso tends to be more accurate. They are very helpful, use them, you'll see....
