Spurs games in Goa/India...

Hi SC. Long time reader, little time poster :roll:

I'm currently sunning it up in Goa (Palolim) then possibly Mumbai, India for 2 weeks.

Already missed the Chelscum game :bang:

Don't wanna miss another....

Can any of you worldly SC members recommend a place to watch the Spurs here in Paradise?

Hello mate, I was in Palolem in August last year, I don't think you'll find a spurs match down there as it's pretty remote as I remember it, saying that if a bar will let you mess around with their tv give it a shot.

Otherwise, Mumbai you should be fine, there's a bar above leopolds cafe in Colaba which has a tv with cable/satellite. If you can find a tv with cable then you've a good chance as they tend to have star sports asia or ESPN asia. I just used to try and make sure the room I was staying in when a spurs match was on had cable and hoped it would be on. I didn't miss many matches as I remember, hope that helps mate

Apparently the new intercontinental hotel has got satellite tv. Palolem used to be such a great little place before those bastards moved in. The laughing Budda is good for a beer etc. etc ;-)
