I've just done it now on the "Buy Now Pay Later" thing, my account has been debited for £18.95 which I have to pay by July. What I was going to ask is, they have delivery date as 25th August - is that right??? Didn't think the shirt was out for sale until a month later?

On sites like this they normally refund the 'discount' at the point of despatching your item...therefore you could pay full whack now and not see your £25 discount until September/October depending on demand/stock levels!

Really? I only got the one at discount price - the second had a payment problem and I tried to sort it on the phone. I foolishly said "a friend sent me the offer" when asked where the code came from. Mistake. So I had to cancel

Try calling them and say they mailed you the voucher directly or you received it when buying something else from the catalogue stuff offered by all their related companies.

Doesn't matter mate. As far as I'm aware you are legally entitled to send any internet purchase back within 7 days of receiving it.

Might wanna break out the Daz first though :wink:

Very are part of littlewoods aren't they? If so they have been known to charge full whack for goods in sepe3rate payments, for example the 18.95 now and then a seperate charge for the £30 two weeks later and then say because you didn't receive the voucher from an official person from very you never had the rights to use it against your account therefore you were charged the full amount.

Any regulars on hotukdeals will know what I mean, there's a strong dislike for vouchers on very, littlewoods etc due to the way they fuck people over.

Hate to say I told you all! Very are wankers and unless you received the code directly from them they have the right to not accept your discount. Some cases you will be lucky and the refund will go through no questions asked but a lot of people wasn't able to claim the discounted prices using the codes for this reason.

I have the notification in my account that they refunded the amount on the 24th of September, but the money isn't in my account yet. Anyone know how long it usually takes? I'm with Nationwide, if it makes any difference.


At least it's a bit more promising though, I suppose.
