L.A. Yiddo your be happy to know...

Tottenham have added another fixture to their pre-season tour of the USA, announcing a friendly against MLS outfit San Jose Earthquakes.

Tottenham were this week announced alongside Premier League rivals Manchester City, Portugal's Sporting Lisbon and the New York Red Bulls as participants in a four-team tournament at the new Red Bull Arena in Harrison, New Jersey, from July 22-25.
Prior to that, Spurs will head west for a training camp in Northern California, highlighted by a game against San Jose at Buck Shaw Stadium on July 17.

"The summer camp will be a very important part of our preparations for the new campaign and we're looking forward to heading out to the United States," Spurs manager Harry Redknapp said.

San Jose and Spurs signed a football and commercial partnership agreement two years ago with Frank Yallop's squad visiting the Tottenham training ground for their pre-season preparations in March.

Since ESPN will be showing the World Cup in the US. You can watch at any bar, or your hotel room. There is no PPV.

ESPN is available from any source. It is included in any standard package. If you are in a timeshare, they will have ESPN and ESPN2.

"ESPN will present comprehensive coverage of the 2010 FIFA World Cup June 11, through July 11, from 10 stadiums in nine cities across South Africa. All 64 matches will be aired live and in high definition on ESPN, ESPN2 and ABC, with extensive coverage also on ESPN3.com and ESPN Mobile TV. In addition, 2010 FIFA World Cup studio programs, including prematch, halftime and postmatch segments, will be presented in high definition."

2010 ESPN and ABC FIFA World Cup Schedule

I see that the first game is on ABC

So even Reids-Belly in Cozy Cottage will be able to watch that one

Hello lads. I'm currently traveling around the west coast with the Missus & little one. Can anyone suggest a decent place to watch the game this Saturday in San Francisco? Needs to be somewhat kid friendly (my son is only 22 months old).

Cheers,

Ollie
