just read Ash Cole has been released and the Chavs are trying to highjack Shaw to manyoo deal, anyone think Cole could do a job for us?

I think he needs to prove his fitness first. The last thing we need is another Lamela. Too big a risk after such a short time returning from his knee injury i think. Great prospect though.

I'd think Pochettino would give us the advantage, if we are looking at him, plus he'd have inside knowledge on how his injury is going.
Potentially loan with an option to buy in Jan if he's proven his fitness, but then I can't see Southampton going for that.
