To summarise, each club in the Championship and Premier League have been rated, from 0-5, in seven different categories focusing on their customer care. The categories are:

  • Accessibility
  • Timeliness
  • Quality
  • Clarity of complaints procedure
  • Appeals process
  • Contact details
  • Independent Football Ombudsman (IFO) (they deal with disputes between supporters and clubs on issues such as ticket prices, complaints about merchandise and kick-off time)
Spurs topped the chart with 31 out of a possible 35. I can only assume that 'Accessibility' let us down as we must have the longest distance between train and stadium.

Anyways, Arsenal came a distant second with 23 out of 35 in the Premier League chart. Everton finished bottom with a score of 0 (ZERO) and Man Utd, second to bottom, recieved 8 points.

What a farce this is Spurs are a disgrace to us fans the fact that you have to pay to be on a season ticket waiting list is a perfect example. Any opportunity to rinse us and levy's there!

Im not sure thats what 'Accessibility' means. It probably means how easy it is to get in contact etc. with the club

This report seems to be directed towards the clubs "supporters charter". The accessibility mark will be how easy is is to view the charter...which in our case is damn easy as it's availble on our website.

As far as I can tell, the report rates the quality of the club's charter, which ours is very good.

The report does not rate the quality of how the club treats it's supporters as stated in the thread title, which is a very arbitrary thing.

For instance, as a season ticket holder I would not think the club treated me very fairly by selling Thomas Cook packages to members with little or no loyalty points for the early European games when some season ticket holders missed out on the ticket only option, when there was no communication that that was the way in which they were allocating tickets.

If I was a member who benefited from that, I'd probably think I'd been treated great.

Yup totally agree.

If levy could get away with it he would have a different sponsor for every match. Ideally every half. He knows there are enough suckers out there that would have to buy every shirt.

Plus our policy towards disabled supporters is a disgrace.

Our stewards should be mentioned in dispatches too. For being the biggest twats in the league. Only Wembley comes close to the retards we have.
