The guy who is in the court suggested that the document showed in court hinted that the stuff in the Times Article was true.
Been trying to keep up with this today but might as well have been in another language. Is the general consensus based on today that Archway do not have much of a case or is it that optimistic?
Will it be affordable housing or private investment?
Does anyone know what will happen if Archway win the appeal and Spurs don't get to build the new stadium. Spurs have pumped an awful lot of money into the development so far. Does the land value stack up against the investment?
Surely affordable? Surely that's what the council is crying out for?

I don't think there's any possibility they will rebuild their burnt out factory.
Worse case is that Haringey will maybe have to offer them 4 or 5 x market value (their demand is reportedly 10 x market value) blood money for the land, and they'll pass on the extra cost to us
