BBC Radio 5 live sports extra and BBC Radio London
Kick Off 3pm Sunday 7th January
This is the fourth time we've been drawn against Wimbledon in the FACup and the first in their current form.
Previous encounters in the FA Cup
March 1987 - FA Cup Quarter Final (A) 2-0 with Hoddle and Waddle scoring the goals
On the bench that day were Nico Claesen and Neil Ruddock. I can't remember if it was only two subs at the time or there wasn't enough room on it once Ruddock sat his lardy arse on it. Anyhoo, this was the game in which he made his Spurs debut, coming on for Gary Stevens.
February 1993 - FA Cup 5th Round (H) 3-2 Anderson, Barmby and Oh Teddy Teddy
My memory is a bit hazy on this one, I think this game was just before the season where we had the fab five and the shit six. We got knocked out of the competition by the Scum at Wembley
January 1999 - FA Cup 4th Round (A) 1-1 Ginola
January 1999 - FA Cup 4th Round Replay (H) 3-0 Sinton, Nielsen (2)
This season we got knocked out at the Semi Final stage by Newcastle United. One of our very very many SF fuck-ups
No live coverage excepting for BBC Radio.
Oh and seeing as it's Wimbledon, I could have got e with a tennis type theme, but I went the other way....
Here you go...
