Good win

Top of the table and get to avoid the big guns in the KO stage

Another clean sheet (we’re starting to be specialists at this now ?)

Just checked his stats. 9 games, 2 goals (1 pen) , 0 assists. That’s very poor why can’t people accept that? And 6 of those games has been in the Europa League against teams who we’re expected to win easily

He doesn’t make any runs, doesn’t dribble, doesn’t score, doesn’t create, doesn’t help the defence much.

He’s not good why are people having a hard time accepting that he’s finished??

No assists? I'd count the free kick tonight even if it wasn't a direct pass. I'm sure he's got at least one more as well. And don't penalties count now?

As for his form he had no preseason. He's probably been match fit for two or three of the games he's played for us. Give him a chance!

29 games, 5 goals, 2 assists since last season playing for 2 good teams in us and Real and most of the games has been against easier teams

He ha played like this for 2-3 seasons now. He doesn’t score anywhere near enough, doesn’t create much, doesn’t dribble much, barely helps the defence, has lost his pace

He’s finished

I’d have thought with your previous claims about people being finished you’d have learnt to keep your powder dry.

But no, you must enjoy being made to look stupid.

I would love to hear what José has to say about his subs...would be interesting to see how he thinks

Lo celso was magnificent, but bergwijn really impressed me too with his determination (and success) to beat his man whenever he got the ball. This is the player I’ve seen first hand for psv and at the beginning of his time here. It’s forgotten he’s still one of the most talented wide men in Europe, and it’s why I was so excited when we signed him.

Bang on. Stevie looks the fittest he has been since we’ve had him. Love a forward who will run a defender.

Nice to see Tanganga get a full game and more minutes clocked. Seems like his first half injury wasn’t that bad.

Cant disagree with you at the moment. Hope your wrong though, Hargreaves 100% thinks its in there.

No he doesn’t have any assists

And this fitness excuse is getting ridiculous now, he’s been here since September and has played 9 games. This is who he is as a player stop blaming it on fitness. And it’s hard to improve your fitness if all you do on the pitch is walk around and jog a little

This should have been put in a spoiler.

My eyes are bleeding now.

Whatever. Not surprised how many on here are so quick to jump on the players and blame them, yet support Mourinho regardless.

I'll guarantee that those will be the same people who will be first to dance on Mourinho's grave as soon as things start to go sour.

I support the club first and foremost. And by extension, those that wear the shirt. However, I reserve the right not to be a fan of Mourinho. Hated him when he was at Chelsea. Still think he's a prick. And still expect that things will end in tatters here too. I think we'll regret how he has mismanaged the likes of Winks, Alli and Bale.

Of course, those trashing Alli, Winks, Bale, Sanchez, even Moura (!!) now and backing Mourinho are typically fickle of this forum. I was at the Lane enough times when Bale won games singlehandedly to always support him. Same with Dele. Lucas Moura owes this club nothing after that night in Amsterdam. Winks has been Spurs for all his life. Yet plenty of keyboard warriors on here that will happily throw them all to the dogs just because Jose offers the potential of some silverware.

Sure, maybe he'll win the League Cup or Europa League, and that will be a price that some will accept.

Unfortunately, I've supported this club for too long to just fall for the latest shiny new thing. I know that I'm not the only one.

If you're not supporting the manager then you're not supporting the club.

Weird time to say this despite the position we're in.
