Sorry I'm not having form bullshit, over the years when they were miles better than us, we'd turn up and get totally fucked. We hardly sprung any surprises did we. I'm expecting nothing but a comfortable win for us tomorrow. If we don't I can see us declining

Is Jose playing mind games with the injuries in the build up to the match on Sunday?
Last season we played a 442 vs the woolwich wanderers and sat deep and played direct to the strikers. If we were to do this again could Vincius, Kane and even winks have been rested?

Do genuinely think he is keeping something close to his chest here.....

I wouldn’t be majorly surprised to see Vinicius start. I’d be flabbergasted if Winks does though.

I think it's 65-35 all things considered, but a draw shouldn't worry you too much. We've got a very good squad including a couple of world-class players and one of the best managers in the game so there is good chance that we will be in the mix till the end regardless of what happens in the NLD.

If Lloris was fit, it would be one thing. But he is out and Jose’s favored deputy for him cant make a save for his life. Arsenal dont even have to play well now. Even if the outfield players do their jobs, any shot on target from them is most likely going to be a goal. We’re going to suffer a pretty heavy defeat.

Captain Obvious here, but our passing needs to to be sharp and accurate - the confidence flows from there. We have the players to punish them for sure.

This post is the culmination of wish fulfilment. He wants it, so he predicts it.

How to go through life in a state of permanent disappointment, part 1.
I think the LASK thread was dominated by those. 'Smash everyone and if not, it's a disgrace'.
I reckon we will beat them. Not as comfortably as 7-1 but 2-0 is more than achievable.

*golf clap*

Why are they scum then? What differentiates them from us? Or are we scum too?

Fucking hell mate. It was a one-word comment that was clearly meant as a throwaway joke for a quick laugh. What a weird thing to get all bent out of shape about ffs

Santini is the reason Jose coined the park the bus phrase, when we played them at 0-0 at SB we literally stunk the place out, our fallbacks didn't even get past the half way line, wasn't surprising that Levy sacked him soon after, seriously negative manager lol

I always thought it was Under Big Martin Jol that he made that comment. Didn't realise it was earlier.

There's a strange little part of me that wouldn't be surprised to see Winks start. I actually think that this could be a better game for him, than Sissoko.

yeah it was 2004 but Jol actually came in in November that season but that match was in September when Santini was still in charge.

I really regret not creating a list of all the things you've said/predicted over the years that were wrong whilst I was bored during lockdown. I probably could've turned into a book and sold it.
