Exactly, doing tricks and flicks near the oppositions goal should be encourage if it leads to an opening, if the ball is lost in that area it shouldn’t be an issue and there will be enough players to cover. Yet Mourinho is happy for our defence to play stupid football at the back. He needs to go ASAP, this is ruining all the work done in the previous 5 years, and honestly we were ahead of Levy’s schedule/plan because of Poch’s success despite operating with restricted resources.

It’s disappointing that after three matches in charge, you can already see an identity/game plan that Tuschel has implemented. We have nothing. Would love to see us press them, or even string more than two passes together, but no, we sit back and hoof it long.......and repeat.

In possession every single player is stood still in the defensive positions they have been drilled to be in. It means there is never any option for the player on the ball and makes it easy for Chelsea to press us and control the tempo of the game. Conceding was inevitable.
