New season, faces etc, but I just hope we put on a better show than the league Cup final tbh

Never before have I felt so ambivalent towards a new season starting.

The hopes and dreams have been beaten out of me - I want to believe but I can't see past a draw tomorrow.

Sorry to be a downer, tying to be realistic here and hoping to be proved wrong. COYLW's
.
Thanks @Bulletspur and @chrissivad for your great work in the thread starting department. Appreciated.

So many tickets available, crazy really, levy needs to be realistic with pricing

We are a team that has slipped out of the top 4, we have Wolve’s ex manager and we are about to sell our best player. I’m not surprised a lot of part time supporters are staying away. If we hit some great form and get some exciting signings I’m sure the games will soon be sold out.

Nuno is pretty good against top teams and Son loves to score vs them.
1-1 (Kane OG 93').

Didn't realise Foden and KDB are both out, weve a great chance of winning this imo, atmosphere should be electric, add to that we might have an extra incentive to smash them due to the Kane saga. Quietly confident. COYS.

The game is a sell out, all the seats now shown available are from something like 5000 ST holders looking to sell on ticket exchange because they can't or do not want to attend. One of the drawbacks of TE is that all seats are full price , no junior or concession prices available, plus with the threat of being refused entry if you haven't had a covid test how can anyone make a last minute decision to attend.

Good record against City. COYS

I can’t wait. The match is secondary, I just want to be in the stands singing my heart out and drinking in the atmosphere. I can’t put how I’ve missed it into words. As for the match, I think we’ll give them a good game and expect a positive result.

I’m sure they will be more confident when they find out that we also have a few players out for tomorrow’s game - Martinez, Vlahovic, Tomiyasu & Kounde :cautious:

Nothing he can really do now. Drop the prices and you've got to refund 50,000 ST holders who already paid full price. This was always a danger with trying to charge the most expensive prices in the world for a team which is very, very far off that standard.

The game is a sell out so Spurs are not losing anything tomorrow , the ST money is safely in the bank , the losers are the ST holders who can't sell their tickets on, where Spurs will lose out slightly is on sales of food and drink if it is a below capacity crowd.

The return to a full capacity of fans could make a huge difference. I'm going 2-1 to us. Son and Dele. Lucas both assists.

I'll also predict that people will be soiling this thread with their anti-dier/winks/dele horseshit by 16:05, at the latest. At least 2 of those 3 start but some will still pop up with "Why no NDombele?" and "Why no Romero?"

I was tempted to get a ticket, mostly so I can shout at pep for 90 minutes but those prices are ridiculous considering there's only a day to go to sell em.

The pre-game coverage will be nauseatingly unbearable so I'll be tuning in last minute. Can see a 2-2 draw.

I think we will be really up for this. It must have an effect on our player all this bull shit with Kane

What a better way that to get stuck right into these wankers!

3-1 COYS

I find it hard to be optimistic about this game when we will be starting the same players that let us down badly last season. It seems that the only two signings that we have made are not available so unless Nuno is a magician and can do something with this lot that two other managers couldn't I can only see a loss.

It is worth pointing out, if only for argument's sake, that those players won this fixture last season, 2-0.
