Putting it in the correct thread.,🥴

Much much better second half. Notice Ange went with experience once we had the league, showing great pragmatism.

Were not perfect and please don't mistake my criticism of the first half( like anyone gives a shit what I say)for moaning, because this is going to be a rollercoaster but to see us play and attempt to play such a brave brand of football is the stuff we have all dreamt of.

Bissouma looks so confident it's unreal and in the second half Maddison was the difference as he got on the ball so much and ran the show ably backed up by Sarr's energy

I think many folks maybe thinking they went in too early on the keeper aswell. He looked great.

Bissouma was my MOTM. Immense on the ball, just able to take it, shimmy and send two UTD players to the shadow realm. Defensively he put out so many fires and has those telescopic legs that just somehow get the ball.

Very happy for Sarr, he a great young player, looks a real positive lad. Bentancur might struggle to get in the starting XI when he comes back if the lad keeps getting better.

To be honest, all of them out there today did themselves proud. Son and Richarlison underperformed but still had good moments. Deki was good, but Solomon showed some really exciting flashes of what he's going to be about in his cameo.

I so hate the term “Ange's style of football”
So embarrassing
Just don't follow this problem with harmless, descriptive 'Ange's style of football' . Who decided this was shit ?

Personally I love Ange's style of football (and we all know what Ange's style of football means too, saw it today)

No midweek games should do wonders for our high tempo style of play and hopefully keep injuries to a minimum.

Some very promising signs these first 2 games and with no distraction of European games it should give Ange plenty of time in training to drill the players.

We are actually such a Joy to watch that both kids (7 and 9) was glued to the TV during the whole match. Never happened during Mou or Conte.

I think the fact we are not in Europe and have a week between games on the training pitch could be great.

Would still love us to get another starting CB and 9 in, possibly a RWF a too, but that would be a bonus.

Absolutely fucking brilliant. Such an enjoyable game. Balls of steel from Ange.

All great but Bissouma was unreal. Sarr, Udogie and VDV look like real talents. Absolutely rocking here. What a difference 6 months and some attacking football makes.

Haha I just got confused by the bump of the old thread

Bissouma and Maddison so key for us this year. Get a top striker ahead of them and we are moving forward. You could see at times late on when we had perisic and Maddison putting great balls in. We just need a lead front man now to step on another gear

Onana doesn't think we were the better side. Why can't people lose with dignity and be honest?
