True but when the clear evidence is that we keep throwing away leads you think he'd change the plan
Which makes his total inability to accept responsibility and insistence on blaming the players all the more infuriating. He’s the second most highly paid manager in world football and he persists with an approach which has failed repeatedly. I’m absolutely fucking sick to death of him.

I understand why he brought on a centre mid, wants more physicality in the middle because they are controlling the centre of the park. The problem is that Mousa is a 6'2"mental midget who's terrified of receiving the ball, how can you win back control of the centre when he hides from teammates who have the ball.
Lucas Moura? The player who's won the most duels in the match so far?

It's not just the fact that Sissoko is shit that's the problem it's what he represents. Imagine if you are Kane, Son, Ndombele etc and you are knackered and want support to help you win the game. Your wish comes true and the manager makes a sub. You look up but Gareth Bale is still sat down and on comes Sissoko. You know full well that if you are going to win this game you are going to have to do it all on your own.

Basically it's bullshit. Why are we taking off attacking players for defensive players when we are 1 all at home against a rival added to the fact that we can't defend a scoreline for shit.

You just HAVE to play Bale. We're so desperate for chances, incision, decisiveness, potency.
Incisiveness, you mean. An incision is something a surgeon does with a scalpel....

Actually, I take your point. It is Man U, after all.

With Sissoko covering Aurier why not throw Bale out there? He was in scintillating form ffs

this is what baffles me the most. Time after time this season we see the same faults and flaws both in attack and defence, but nothing ever changes.
It’s like the team go home after a match and don’t meet and talk until they the next game kicks off

such ambition from our esteemed manager to go and win this game and try and finish in the top four! With that Sissoko substitution.

We should go for this, maybe with Lamela and Bale. They are slow and weak at the back. They have many players on a yellow too.
