To restrict the physical barcodes (I don't care they are down with many injuries) with such stats is really fantastic.

Hopefully that goal will help his confidence, especially as it was his tackle which started the move.
Heard on Viaplay that it was his first Spurs goal not with his head. Hopefully increases his confidence as you say. He's been stellar so far.

Got to keep it going second half, really hoping that any subs are like for like, as in if Son, Richy, or Johnson come off it’s Veliz or Gil on.. if we replace a midfielder let’s keep moving forward so use Lo Celso or Donley, keep us playing forwards as usually when we get it wrong is when we change it to looks to tighten it up.

Keep all the momentum going forwards.

All i hear is excuses for Newcastle being fartigued.

Never heard the commentators ever go on like this when we're in Europe season after season.

Well to be fair to Neville he made that exact point.

It’s all about being able to sustain the pressure and playing like this for 90 minutes.

The last few matches we have dropped of significantly in the second half.
We’re stretched incredibly thin at the moment. I’ve got no doubt we’ll perform for the full 90 minutes once the squad has been reshaped in Ange’s image.

Udogie and Porro look like the best LB/RB combo we've had since Walker left.
I really think it's gone under the radar just how good Porro has been this season. He's been such a consistent performer and nobody outside of Spurs ever seems to mention him.

It is hard to get over what a change of mindset can bring when it comes to a coach. Yes, you "know" it but when you see it unfold in front of your face on a week in, week out basis, it's just amazing. I can't believe how enjoyable this team is to watch. It's the same feelings during peak Poch. Maybe a touch better because you know that with a few additions, this team can be special. In Spurs history for sure, but maybe more.

One of the things that Sarr does that does not show up in the scoresheet - the amount and quality of runs he makes - just to open up space for his teammates.

Most underrated player in the squad, imo.

Richy having a good game. Winning lots of balls back. Played for that foul and win the fk too.

The prospect of Callum Wilson coming on will never not scare me but they look dead on their feet. Keep the pressure on, keep them in their own half, avoid any silliness and there are more goals in this for us.

I thought the barcodes were very leggy and all the running around 1st will have taken it toll on them. We should now go for the jugular and not let them of the hook that’s what good teams do.
we make everyone look leggy first half, because our intesity is insane, but like we have seen, they can not sustain that into second half. Crossing fingers we keep them at bay
