He’s been drawing a lot of fouls, I think that’s a good sign tbh. Think he’s been really good tonight.
I agree his played well which is good to see. Just thinks his very light and easy to knock of the ball and might not get as many fouls in the league.

3-0, it should be game over. Can we no please bring on Scarlett, Nile John, Markanday and Paskotsi

Ok, ok I’ll admit that last week I may have been a tad knee jerky when I wrote off Lo Celso as the Argentinian Tom Caroll. Mea culpa

I hope Gil coming off means he will start against Watford.

Such an exciting player

Let's not get carried away, one half (actually more like 30 odd mins, the last 5-10 we started getting a bit silly) and against dubious opposition, but some encouraging signs and I quite liked that.

- Proper 4-3-3 with a single pivot.

- Players operating between the lines.

- Players in the halfspaces.

- Interchanges and fluidity of positions.

- Width at all times on both flanks.

Meaning far more options to play forward.

- Counter pressing.

- High pressing.

- Aggression, tenacity, and workrate across the park.

Dare I say this fella looks a proper manager so far. I’ve often heard managers talk about preparing and setting up for the opposition and not only does Nuno seem to be nailing that so far, he’s also gone on to talk about the games being about ‘us’ and not the opposition as such at the same time.

He seems to be doing that good manager thing where the opposition’s strengths are considered but countered with our own strengths, rather than just nullifying. Impressive so far.

I don’t like to overdo praise or raise expectations too much, but also on this evidence Romero looks a buttery smooth, Rolls Royce, diamond of a CB.

It’s nice to be having a little swoon over Spurs again.

I smiled like an idiot when I saw Sonny on the touchline clapping Kane.

You never know if we actually signed a back up striker we might get to see them player together!
