1. How long have you been a TFHC Supporter? I'm 32, so pretty much 30 odd years!
2. Who is your best player? Ledley King without a shadow of a doubt, but VDV is quickly becoming a very strong second favourite.
3. Who you think is Villa’s best player? Probably Bent, but I like Bannan.
4. What is your perception of Aston Villa? Big Club and should be doing better than they're currently are. All went down hill when some of the Villa fans got their wish with Oneill going but he obviously felt he had taken them as far as he could and without investment he had hit the proverbial glass ceiling, big Randy wanted to sort the high wage bill.
5. What do you think the score will be? 3-1 Spurs
6. What do you think your final position will be? 4th
7. What do you think Aston Villa position will be? 8/9th
8. Who introduced you to THFC? My dad.
9.What was your first game and what made you want to follow then and made you return? I don't remember several of my first games, way too young but I think my earliest game that I can remember was against Luton at the start of 89 season...think we won 2-1.
10.What stadium you most looking forward too and why? The NDP....will be immense.
11.How many games do you visit a season? I only make about 5/6 games a season...
12. Away days for yourselves expensive this season in particular, but do you think THFC are doing all they can to encourage you? Not sure on that one.
13. What would you define as a good season? Top 4 finish.
15. Do you think Alex McLeish moving from Birmingham to Villa was a good move for us? He's a stop gap IMO.

1. How long have you been a TFHC Supporter? Like some have said, essentially since I was born - so 38 years. My Dad was a regular in the 60s, and I was always going to be Spurs.

2. Who is your best player? Really hard this, King would be by a country mile if he was anything like fit. For all-round ability and nous, probably VDV.

3. Who you think is Villa’s best player? I have seen a lot of Villa through the years. Gabby Agbonlahor is probably the least intelligent footballer I have ever seen, yet he is capable of devastating games. Let's say Gabby.

4. What is your perception of Aston Villa? I used to work at the Fort Retail Park and my wife is an (American) Aston Villa fan, so I have some pretty close ties. I never thought of Villa as much of a threat, so I was surprised at how strident some of the locals were in believing they should be top two or three. They seem to be a level above all the other clubs in the area - St Andrews is a scummy place to go to, and Wolves is a horrible awayday. I loved going to West Brom away, but Villa always seemed like the proper big club in the West Midlands.

It's a sign of the local economy that Villa have struggled to fill Villa Park over the last few years despite pretty decent performances.
Your commercial income is pretty disappointing given your pretensions to be in the top echelon of teams. I think that MON was a strange one - an effective but uninspiring style of play, a crazy wage-bill (particularly considering the income) and player after player frozen out.

5. What do you think the score will be? Hate answering this question. Ever since I married my wife we always seem to either win or batter you and draw, and the former would do nicely. I think it will be a tough game.

6. What do you think your final position will be? 4th (please. Ideally at the expense of Arsenal and Liverpool).

7. What do you think Aston Villa position will be? So many poor teams, but Newcastle and Everton seem more consistent. 9th or 10th.

8. Who introduced you to THFC? My Dad. His Dad was Arsenal, but disillusioned with football after his career ended early, so his Uncle Cyril used to take him. A close shave.

9.What was your first game and what made you want to follow then and made you return? Mansfield at home, we think, although I was only about four. My main memory is of loving Glenn Hoddle throughout my childhood with a passion that bordered on the religious.

10. White Hart Lane is a home of Tottenham Hotspur with the prospect of leaving north london to move to olympic stadium would that take away history and feeling? I used to walk to Spurs as a kid, and so I love the area we're rooted in, but we clearly need a bigger stadium. If the Olympic Stadium had worked out I would have been happy - as others have said, I'd support Spurs whatever. We are a seriously big club, with a decent amount of support further east. Ideally the NDP will work out - Tottenham needs some serious regeneration.

11.How many games do you visit a season? I now live in the US, so not many! I used to be a season ticket holder, then when I moved around the country I would get to a handful of games a year. We hope to go to at least one game a season - preferably one Villa and one Spurs.

12.January is just around the corner so what activity do you expect incoming/out going? It's going to be one in, one out I suspect. January is about opportunism, if the right player comes up for cheap (Hoilett?) then it's worth a punt. Our first XI is unlikely to improve, but the squad can be built upon. I actually suspect that nothing wil happen, but the following are possible - Pav out, a forward in; Bassong out, a CB in; Gomes out, a GK in.

13. Do you think Redknapp would be good england manager if they come knocking? Probably as good as they could get. Apart from anything else, I suspect he would be able to remove the last vestiges of belief that a manager can make anything more out of the players we have at our disposal. We're just not particularly good, and have to cut our cloth accordingly. The recent Spain match was a perfect example, we played in the best way for us to get a result.

14. It seems Villa and Tottenham have a good relationship with transfers, do you believe there with future transfers between the two clubs if so who? I'd expect Jenas to move. Both teams now have broadly similar wage structures but we clearly have a stronger squad and slightly higher targets (Top 4 versus Europa), so as things stand there are definite possibilities that you could pick up players struggling for a place at Spurs. If we got weaker or you got stronger, the likelihood would diminish.

14.Obviously your sucess has been good, but how does the club look on a future stability with the incoming European Ruling expenditure vs income revenue vs wage bill? We look really, really good. The only issue is how to increase our income, and that is linked to a new stadium. The question then is how to pay for that. If there are any teeth at all in the ruling, then Chelsea, Man City and Liverpool (to a lesser extent) would be screwed. However, their recent behavior suggests that they do not care, which suggests that the teeth are blunted.

15. Do you think Alex McLeish moving from Birmingham to Villa was a good move for us? Not convinced. I think you have the players and potential to employ a more stylish, young up-and-comer. I'm fascinated about what employing McLeish says about Lerner's attitude, though.

16. If you could have one player from Villa who would that be? While saying Agbonlahor was your best player, I'm not sure if he'd be the best fit for us. Honestly, I don't see anyone who would improve our First XI, which is what we should be looking for. N'Zogbia might be useful squad cover, but I'd go for Gary Gardner as an investment in the future.

Avilla watch this and tell me agbonlahor will put ledley on his arse!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O7Nb-nU3YJ8

Robben is one of the fastest players in world football. Also Thierry Henry said this "I don't like defenders who hold the shirts of other players. The only defender here who doesn't do that and sometimes still gets the ball off my feet easily is Ledley King.

"He is the only guy who doesn't hold players. He will get the ball off you without you even noticing. For me, that is a good defender.

"He plays without any contact yet is somehow still strong and gets the ball without doing any fouls."

And i think henry is a better player then agbonlahor will ever be!

that was 2006, 5years on an he very injury prone

Yet in all the games king has played this season (8) spurs have won 7 and drawn one, coincidence or just king is that good! And is it also weird that how in Robin Van Persie's unbelievable streak against King he barely touched the ball and I don't think he had a shot that game!

Also surely Villa should be more worried about this man! who has declared himself fit to play. I think you should be more scared of him then us and Agbonlahor!

I met Agbonlahor in the Indy Bar at the Arcadian one time in about 2006, he was very quiet and humble, pretty shy actually and was with a bunch of his friends from his school days from Erdington.

One of the guys with me was a massive Villa fan but too shy to say hello to him, so I went over and told Agbonlahor my friend was a fan and asked him to come over and say hello which he did happily enough.

At that time he was already an established first teamer in the biggest club in the region and more than likely a millionaire, I remember thinking fair play to him that in a world of flash young millionaire footballers acting like ****s in flash bars and throwing money around this lad was still hanging out with his old friends and still very level headed and modest.

Ever since that day I have hoped his career develops and he goes on to be a star for England.

I actually think this sort of behaviour is another reason why players like Agbonlahor should be given more of a chance in the national team - humble players off the pitch tend to be hungry players on it. Ensuring that players retain that hunger even as they develop their talent is a quality our coaches have failed at in recent years (although its not been made any easier by the sort of delinquents England have had coming through the ranks).

Also, if I could believe that the team was full of players with an attitude similar to what you have described I would find it easier to cheer on the national team.

Agbonlahor, Parker, Phil Jones and even Joe Hart are players I can get behind. Terry, Cole, Rooney are not.

avilla, if gabby is the only player we should be worried about, then we should have a field day and slaughter you lot on Monday night.
The fact is, you will have to face Adebayor, Modric, Lennon, Bale, Parker and maybe VDV. If that is not enough firepower, we'll have Sandro and Defoe waiting in reserve to be unleashed :shake:

Big selection decision for Redknapp on Monday. If he doesn't go for Defoe over VdV I reckon Defoe will soon be on his way out. Nine times out of ten I'd pick VdV, but I think we have to go with Defoe for this one.
