As much as I’d love the clean sheets to continue I don’t care if they score as long as we win.

Winning for us means we are very nearly there for top four, scoring for them just makes them an answer to a future quiz question.

I dread to think what some of you will be like against Ajax. Acting as if West Ham are fucking Barcelona:ROFLMAO:

Cardiff beat them, Huddersfield scored 3 against them. They are a mid table team for a reason, we have more than enough quality in our side despite a few injuries. We are 3rd not 13th.

Not that I don't understand some peoples scepticism over the game, but the only thing that's given me any doubt over this game is due to the reading of this forum. It's a really strange thing with West Ham, like I've said before I've read more doubts over this game on here than with the games against City.

Maybe, but that doesn't take into account how much WHam will be motivated to put one over on us.

Ajax will be motivated, but no where near as WHam will be tomorrow, especially in the first 20mins or so.

lots of injuries and they are going to be so up for this, imagine being first side to win at our new stadium, they will celebrate that for years.
we have to be on this as they will be on it tomorrow.
win tomorrow and we can afford to rest players v Bournemouth but our injuries scare me and Ajax few days later too... just shocking luck this year for us with injuries

Seems Spurs expecting some trouble - have been asked to enter through a different gate as Spam will be entering close to my usual one (12).

I hope they delay letting the Spam fans out after the game. I walk down Worcester towards Northumberland Park and every match so far at the new stadium the opposition fans have left the stadium the same time as everyone else. Could get a bit tetchy if they allow the same tomorrow.

I expect them to turn up tomorrow, they always do against us. Need someone to hit Arnoutivic early and hard tomorrow, see if he fancies it. Antonio v Rose will be a battle too. I may have mentioned this once or twice.... But I fucking hate this game.

Be surprised if its not Davies for this one, Rose for Ajax?

Yes, me too. And they've asked us all to approach via Park Lane, not from the north. They might be having some friction with the Bill about how to manage separation.

After the Crystal Palace match, everyone trying to leave toward the south was delayed interminably, due to the police kettling 2 or 3 groups of Palace fans and marching them right down the middle of the High Rd, at a snail's pace, all the way to Seven Sisters. They're still working out how to manage all this. It's not as if they could practice on the Huddersfield and Brighton fans.

I was thinking that, they’d be mad to let everyone leave together.

Im intrigued by the segregation in place tomorrow. In the games ive been spurs fans i.e. middle tier are just above the away fans..

Also im above them in the Easy - just sayin

Guess with a Champions League SF coming up and a depleted squad we need to accept that dropping points against the riff raff is likely, alas.

Urgh, this is gonna be a horrible run in. Oh to be mid table proponents of footballing mediocrity again!!

Nice if it happened but I know it could be tough.
Off course it would be nice if it happened, and I will be the first to eat humble pie if it does, but it isn't a matter of it "could" be tough, it will be!

My opinion, but anyone who thinks this game will be easy and we will score multiple goals cannot be thinking rationally.

Bookies generally think quite rationally, and they've got it as a fairly likely outcome. About the same odds as a 0-0 or a 2-2, and much more likely than any West Ham victory.

It seems like a pretty reasonable prediction to me.

We have to forget about Ajax, and beat West Ham. By all means pick a side with the semi final in mind, but it has to be a team that can win the game and we have to be 100 per cent committed. If the Hammers sense we are going thru the motions they will smell blood. The best prep for Tuesday is 3 pts.

Well, our ever-ready bunny is suspended for Tuesday, so he'll be setting a good example anyway. Poch did say in his press briefing that anyone not right up for the game tomorrow would be either on the bench or out of the squad altogether!

I hope we smoosh their faces into a fantastic day out in a real football arena with a 6-0 thrashing.

I'll drink their salty tears on Sunday morning.
