Can someone tell me why the Official Spurs website does not display details of the first year scholars.
In all my time on-line I have never seen Spurs so late with the information. Or is it they don't give a toss?

It's a bit embarrassing. If there's a reason for the delay I can't fathom it.

Under 16’s always seem to do well but then it all goes wrong.

Rumour is that a major overhaul is on the cards as Paratici is far from happy with our current processes. Its only a rumour but it sounds very plausible. IMHO We're currently in short term mode because Conte is in charge and we're prioritising trophies over integrating young talent but our next appointment will probably be with a longer term strategy in mind, which will include more youth development. There's no point having the facilities we do and then doing nothing with them.

If we are serious about challenging for trophies, it will be difficult for youngsters to get games unless they are exceptional talents or have gained experience on loan.

I hope we get better at loaning out our youngsters.
