I wasn't aware we released him in February.

No idea what exactly went down, but before his demise he was a good servant to us and a pretty decent left back too.

I for one hope he get's his career back on track.

I wish him all the best...under Redknapp I personally believe he was one of the top two or three left backs in the league at that time. A real shame that he never flourished under AVB and wasn't even given a chance under MoPo, but according to reports/rumours, his attitude in training played a big part in that. Shame.

See you later Disco...and keep on LOLing

Played well for us and for the most time was a standout player in my opinion.

I kind of always felt when he played well spurs played well, he was a good outlet on his day when he was lazy he could be really shit with lazydecisions and passing.

Loved the guy. I like the quirky ones.

Remember when he wore different boots for a while for no apparent reason? Lol. Clown

I might be wrong, but wasn't it because he lost one of a pair and liked them so much he didn't want to stop wearing them both and kept wearing the one he hadn't lost with another boot? Sure I read that somewhere

In our own ways we'll all miss Benny. Not many bad games but somehow didn't fit in. I hope he makes it in France but I have my doubts
