As a shareholder - (I have one left) I was pleased to receive the Annual Report yesterday to find that there is excellent news for us investors in that for the first time since 1998 THFC will be distributing a dividend of .04p per share.
I am lloking forward to my first pay-out since 1998.
Overall, a good positive read - no mention of Jol (!?) but some news that there should be an announcement on a definite direction regarding stadium in the first half of 2008.
I have sold all my shares in THFC, for the best of the Club. I got an offer of 113 pence pr share, and accepted the offer. If I had waited a little bit, I had got a higher profit from it. I thought that I had been forced to sell if I had waited, because if they bought 90% of the shares, all members had been forced to sell.
